Step 1: Talk to us. Tell us what your product is.
Step 2: After reviewing your product, your account manager will provide some photo options based on your competitors listings. Account managers will work with you until you are satisfied and approved the options.
Step 3: Have your supplier send us the product. Please make sure they pay for shipping. It's generally $5 to $10 dollars for next day delivery within China.
Step 4: We'll take the photos within 5 business days and send the low resolution images for your approval. If not approved, we can do two revisions.
Step 5: Once photos are approved, we will send you an invoice with wire transfer information and shipping charges (if your supplier didn't pay for it). After you make the payment, screen capture the confirmation page for us and we will send you the high-resolution photos in JPEG or any other formats you like.
Step 6: Once the payment is confirmed, we will repackage your product and ship it back to your supplier or your desire location. We do work with good shipping companies that offer great rates for shipping samples around the world. Please let us know in advance so we can check the shipping rates for your approval and put it on your invoice.
